Your portal account is opened by our office once your retainer agreement is signed and your first payment is received. It is not something you sign up for yourself in advance.

1. Book and pay for a consultation, and we assess your file.
2. If we take your case on, we send you your retainer agreement by email. You read it and sign it online (you will be asked to confirm your date of birth first).
3. When your first payment is received, we email you your receipt together with a link to set up your portal account. Click it and choose your password (the link works for 7 days).
4. From then on, sign in here with your email address and your password to follow your case, upload documents, fill in your forms, see your payments and message us.
